FEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I place an order?

  1. Select the fragrences and quantities you wish to order by adding them to your shopping cart.

  2. Place the order and supply us with your delivery details. If you live in the Sydney inner west suburbs surrounding Leichhardt, we can offer a free delivery or pick-up service. If you want to pick-up, simply select pick-up in the delivery option.

  3. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

  4. The direct deposit payment details are contained in the order confirmation email. Please make your payment and we will arrange for delivery of your order.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We only accept Direct Deposit, no credit cards or PayPal.

 

We will supply bank details for transfer upon ordering and will dispatch your order once payment has been recieved. 

 

We can post your order through Australia Post standard post or if you live in the Sydney Inner West suburbs surrounding Leichhardt, we can offer a free pick-up or delivery service.

 

Whilst we take all care in packing the candles, they are however breakable items, we unfortunately cannot accept any liability for any breakages during transit. However if your order doesn't arrive in one piece, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

 


Caring For Your Indra Candles

 

To get the most out of your Indra candle:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Burn it for 3-4 hours at a time

  • Keep candle out of winds and drafts

  • Keep candle away from flamable objects

  • Never use water to extinguish a candle

  • Keep candle free of any foreign matter

  • Do not allow flame to touch sides of jar

  • If the glass becomes blackened while burning, extinguish candle, allow to cool and clean with a dry tissue

  • Candle burn times will vary

  • Fragrance and environmental conditions affect the time a candle will last

 

 

Returns & Refunds
 

If you have placed an order by mistake please send us an email immediately to cancel the order.

We don't offer refunds on incorrect orders or if you change your mind after the order has been paid and dispatched.

We will replace the order if the incorrect fragrance has been delivered to you from what you ordered.
